Returns and Refunds Policy

At Daph Focus, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Accessories sold as part of a bundle unless the full bundle is returned

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Provide order details and a description of the issue (including pictures if applicable).

  3. Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as either:

    • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund approval and processing may take up to 10 business days.

Exchanges
